| Feteasca Alba (1986) |
 |
1986 was an exceptional year for Bucium. The Feteasca alba with its varied reserves benefited of these special conditions. Profiting of the noble mould – Botrytis cinerea- support, this sort of wine succeeded to put on festivity robe (yellow-green), to be impressive with an olfactory presence which satisfies the most exigent pretensions and to display a velvety and flavored taste of mellow peaches and raisins. This is the visiting card of the 1986’s harvest Feteasca alba, which we ask you to not shrink from tasting it. Being a sweet wine, it matches perfectly with fine pastry specialties. It is to be served at a temperature of 7-9ºC. |

| Aligoté (1986) |
 |
The harvest year 1986 put its stamp on almost every variety of wine tilled at Bucium and Aligoté was not an exception. Wrapping an elegant suit, colored like the straw just matured, displaying a smell where you can find mellowed fruits and fresh hay, this is a robust, but lively wine, with a strong note of authentic. The 1986 Aligoté is the ideal wine which can accompany the most sophisticated dishes in the first part of the menu, and especially the fat fish. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 8-10ºC. |

| Aligoté (1994) |
 |
The 1994 Aligoté, alongside of those from 1979, 1986 and 2003, may be considered among the best of the last 30 years. The small quantity of the grapes per ha (a medium of 4000 kg/ha) and the exceptional climate conditions of the respective year are the main factors which have raised it into the top.
In its dry or semi-sweet alternative, the wine displays at the superlative way the essential characteristics: an attractive shade of yellow-green, an ample and sophisticated bottle bouquet heeled out by a firm taste, well outlined and stamped by an attractive acidity.
As a dry wine, it is the ideal partner for fat fish and appetizers, and as a semisweet wine it may be served along with caviar and desserts.
The ideal temperature for this wine is 8-10ºC. |

| Muscat Ottonel (1994) |
 |
The exceptional year (millesime) which was 1994, put its stamp on the quality of all the varieties of wines, but especially on Muscat ottonel. This wine is the superlative of that what can mean a flavored dessert wine.
Being localized on soils with very valuable substratum (as Visani is), but especially in fresh, aerated positions (hill picks), this sort of wine was "ennobled" by the noble mould just that it was necessary (should it be attacked in a bigger proportion, it would affect its characteristic flavor of Muscat).
The rich flavor of Muscat which is in a perfect marriage with that of Botrytis for almost 10 years, since the wine is in the bottle, give finally a "sun closed in the bottle", as Beaudelaire said, or a "dream bouquet", like Codreanu used to metaphorise , or, even more than this, it brings the unreal at the real level.
It is to be served at 7-9ºC. |

| Riesling (1994) |
 |
It is the product of the same year of grace - 1994, exceptional for all the wine growing.
Still greenish-yellowish colored, even if it gets 10 years old, with an exotic fruits aroma which is harmoniously knitted with the meadow sage one, as well as with other easy tarred scents, with a vivacity and liveliness to be envied as taste, this is shortly presented the visiting card of this wine. It is most propitious put at its value alongside with appetizers and fat fish and it is recommended to be served at 9-11ºC. |
