Unique on national scale, this product was produced and homologated for the first time 25 years ago, here, at Bucium. The technology was continuously improved by the company’s specialists, so that at this moment anyone can tell about Rameros that it is among the best natural distilled drinks in our country.
The Charente type installation used, allow a fractioned distillation, with the separation of harmful parts (fronts and tails), and the maturation – which takes 5 to 10 years – comes to outline a product with a very abundant bouquet and velvety taste, due to the contribution both of an young product and the oak kegs, where the maturation is realized.
The obvious and specific identity of this drink recommends it as an excellent digestive, being drink at room temperature. |

Bucium Plum Brandy – prepared in a various range of types, especially depending on alcohol strength – abundantly proves the potential of this species tilled on Bucium area and the coterminous zones.
The discrete and refined aroma, reminding of the fruit just harvested, is faultlessly kept in this drink, and the velvety, alluring taste, completes the unique identity of it.
The strong alcoholic types (36 to 50% alc. In vol.) are to be served after meals, and the low alcoholic ones (24 to 30% alc. in vol.) may be served as appetizer drinks. No matter the type, plum brandy is to be served cooled at 5-8ºC.
